Carrot Banana Bread

Very yummy! I used applesauce instead of oil, and also added 2 Tbsp. of rolled oats instead of the nuts. Very tasty...will definitely make again.

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

LOVED IT! I also followed the suggestions of 2 cups of sugar instead of 3. I also added 1 cup of chopped strawberries to the boiling mixture. SO easy! Will definitely make again!
