Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine
My family loved this recipe. It was so easy to make the only thing that I did different was that I used chicken broth instead of white wine as I did not have any at the time. I will be using this recipe again.

Lemon Chicken Tenders
Very easy fast recipe I would double dip in the egg then bread crumbs and do it a second time so that the batter sticks better. I used plain bread crumbs & added basil & orgeano as this is what I had on hand. I didn't have curry so I used cumin & red pepper. It was very tasty.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I used margarine as this is what I had on hand, and light cream cheese. Very easy to make and my son the pasta king wants me to make it again as it is very good
