Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

Awesome -- I make these all the time as they are so quick and easy. I always marinate overnight and the flavor is just unbelievable for. 4 simple ingredients that I always have on hand. Thanks!

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

This was really a very light refreshing dish. I loved the fresh asparagus in it, and I made it with brown rice on the side and we all enjoyed it. I used more balsamic then the recipe called for, but I love balsamic vinegar. Will for sure make this again!!!

Salsa Chicken

I am rating this so highly for two reasons 1) I love recipes that are simple - 5 ingredients or less. 2) It was really quite tasty, and my hubby absolutely loved it, as did I. So so simple which is always a big +.
