Cream Puffs
Added a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the filling and also to the flour mixture....it came out delicious.

excellent. i made this for our 4th of july party and everyone raved about how delicious it was. i was impressed myself. keeper!!!

Carrot Cake III
the cake was yummy. however i did encouter a minor problem, my frosting came out very runny. next time i will beat the shorting first before mixing in the rest of the ingredients the recipe calls for.
