This pork was awesome! I had my parents over for dinner and they were in love with it as well. The only adjustments that I made was to add some margarita mix to the slow cooker, and i just used regular chili powder since I didn't have any of te chili powder the recipe called for. It was devine! Oh, and I also cut slits in the pork and stuff it with some of the sauce as well.

My husband is a very picky eater, and he LOVED this recipe! I like to add a little bit more paprika to the recipe for more flavor, but now I make it up and keep a bottle of it in my fridge to have handy for the next BBQ!

I have made this recipe a few times already! My whole family enjoys this with the cinnamon in it. It's so nice to have this recipe to use now, because I was so tired of plain white rice!
