I'm 41 years old born and raised in Miami, FL. I work in the Public Safety profession for the last 18 years. Fire-Rescue and Law Enforcement. When I am not working I am cooking in my kitchen. My passion is cooking Italian style dishes with all fresh veggies. I love to create what is comfortable for me in my kitchen. It would have to be my Mother's stuffed artichokes or her braised Italian short ribs. Learning to cook my Mother's Gravy. I am not patient at baking desserts.
