WE LOVE THIS FUDGE! This fudge recipe is absolutely fabulous! I make this fudge for my friends and for my family and I haven't heard anyone degrade it! I have been using this fudge recipe for over 2 years now and will continue to use it until I find a better one......... if there IS a better one! :-)

I am not sure if I messed up this recipe or if it is supposed to turn out like the way it did. I followed all the directions but after I took out of the fridge it looked more like Old Fashion Coconut Cream Soup NOT pie! I may try this recipe over again because I must admit it looks scrumptious! But for right now I am sorry to say that this recipe was a disappointment.

Me and my husband had our Bible study/small group over and tried this White chocolate cheesecake for the first time. We also tried it with our family and children. Everyone LOVED it! I thought it was a complete success! I decided to leave the face of the cake white, did lines of raspberry sauce across the cake then kinda zig-zagged through the sauce and it made an elegant looking Raspberry Cheesecake! The only problem I had with this recipe was that it cracked right down the middle when I got it out of the oven. But other then that there was NO problem with this recipe! I will definitely make it again some time soon!

I vote this #1 for Best Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Of the Year! My daughters did this for a fun activitie and they loved it! We all loved it! I have to admit we made a large bowl of ice cream and it was gone in a matter of minutes! The vanilla is a little plain so we added some toppings like chocolate syrup or carmel but other then that there is nothing to complain about! Good job!
