Aunt Mary's Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread
this is fantastic! so moist I added one more banana and used butter instead of shortening. and put in tonnnns of chocolate chips, didnt really measure. It came out moist and chocolatey. Very good.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
this was absolutely fantastic. I used one Tablespoon of hot chili powder and it was plenty spicy. YUM :)

Fabulous Fajitas
this was sooooo good! followed the instructions exactly and everything turned out delicious. I used stir fry beef instead and it was still good. Made my own guacamole and everyone loved the recipe!
