Breakfast Burritos
Have to say I like the lunch truck burritos much better. No onion and add potatoes, ham, sausage and bacon and salsa if you like it. That is a meal in a tortilla. Have been making them this way for years.

why bother just make mac-n-cheese on the stove top... much faster

Beef Florentine
have to say I had a lot of hope for this recipe.... has all the things we like, but mine didn't turn out very good and it was sloppy. I did add more parma, why dirty a grater for a couple of tlbs so I added about a cup. But it was still flat tasting ??
