So I followed the recipe exactly, while everyone liked it here are some things I noticed. First off, my sauce hardly thickened. :( That aside the flavor was tasty enough to not make my 5 year old turn her nose in the air(no easy trick!) Also I would recommend doubling the sauce to avoid the dryness lots of others experienced. This recipe is super forgiving and will accomodate just about any veggie! Sky is definitely the limit so let your imagination run with this one. Finally, I think that it is totally worth looking for rice wine. I had never bought it before so imagine my surprise to see it's sold in single serving sizes in your groceries trusty sushi display. Gotta luv these times!!

This makes A LOT but then you will find yourself going back several times singing the Wiggles, "Fruit salad" song!!!

I grew up in Texas and now that I live in New Mexico realize how difficult it is to get a great cup of sweet tea. This recipe took me back to many a hot day spent sipping on just such a cup. Very refreshing and easy
