Slow Cooker London Broil
this was a delicious recipe. i made it with a london broil that i had on hand. i also followed some of the other users suggestions and added carrots and baby portabella mushrooms. when the meat was done cooking, after about 8 hours,it was falling apart tender and very flavorful. i served it with mashed potatoes and was very satisfied.
