Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip
Delicious dip. Was a huge hit this New Year's Eve. I made the following changes: omitted the black beans, used 2% Velveeta, light sour cream, used one 13 oz can of chicken breast in place of cooked and shredded chicken breast, and I added a package of light sour cream. This is my new favorite warm dip!

Zucchini Brownies
Wow. Loved these brownies. I was sure that I had done something wrong because the batter was almost a sandy consistency, but once they were baked they were perfect. No one even noticed there was zucchini in them. I will be using the frosting recipe in other recipes.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
This recipe was delicious. The whole family loved it. It doesn't get super crispy because of the chicken juices, but we all liked it anyway. I followed it exactly as written, except I used chicken breasts. Will definitely make again.
