Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
This meatloaf turned out amazing! I will absolutely make it again. I didn't have Ranch-style dressing mix in the house, so I used a pkg. of onion soup mix. So good and I usually don't even like meatloaf all that much.

Mom's Zucchini Pie
Very easy to make and absolutely delicious. I don't even like zucchini pie recipes, but this turned out wonderful. I just beat the eggs longer than suggested and it was not running at all. I will make this again!
