The sauce was AWESOME. The way that the sausage added to the flavor of the spaghetti sauce was great. I loved the sausage and how it just fell apart in your mouth. My wife didn't care for the sausage but that was a result of the sausage I purchased. I served on toasted hoagie rolls and the leftovers were just as good.

Tasted pretty good. It was a bit salty from the added bacon grease. If I were to make this again I would definitely forgo the bacon grease and not add quite as much bread.
