Oven Scrambled Eggs
I made these eggs to serve our adult Sunday School class. I used 42 eggs with 4 cups of milk and still only used 1 stick of butter. I cooked ground sausage and mixed it in at the end and served with grits. Everyone loved them, and we had no leftovers.

Mom's Cucumbers
I just made these for my husband's lunch. He loved them and wanted to eat them all up. I reminded him that I had used the last of the cucumbers to make them, so he decided to save some for later, lol.
