This has a good flavor, but it didn't seem done after an hour of baking and 3 1/2 hours resting in the oven, just as another reviewer stated, unless it is supposed to softer than normal. I also think the graham cracker-to-butter ratio was quite a bit off, but that was easily adjustable. UPDATE-Once the cheesecake completely cooled, it was absolutely delicious. Sometimes it's hard to let things sit in my house, though, lol!
