Chicken Spaghetti II
This was my first time eating Chicken Spaghetti although I've heard others say it's a quick and delicious meal. I used leftover rotisserie chicken and shredded cheese. My husband and I thought it was delicious and will be taking leftovers for lunch.

Pineapple Walnut Salad
This is delicious. A restaurant about 1.5 hours drive away serves this and I order it everytime. Now I can prepare it anytime. I prepared this for a potluck. I omitted the coconut because I'm not a fan and used pecan instead of walnuts. Can you say "FABULOUS"?? It was a hit.

Tara's Sweet and Chunky Chicken Salad
I prepared this for a pot luck and the bowl was scraped. I omitted the sunflower seeds and used sweet relish instead of dill and a few red grapes along with the cranberries. It was fabulous and I will use it again often.
