Hello. I'm Sophie and until quite recently I had little interest in cooking. I am an illustrator (recently graduated from art school) and now it seems my creative interest has turned to the gastronomic! I'm not complaining, I'm a natural at baking. Sweet things- mainly cakes and cookies. I love decorating cakes as much as I like making them. However, I'm trying to improve my overall cooking ability and am becoming more and more interested in the ingredients and techniques used to make main meals.
