Vegan Chocolate Cake
IMPORTANT: Let this cake sit for at least 24 hours... the venegar smell/taste fades with time, and after a day or two you're left with the most moist, melt-in-your-mouth, BEST cake you have ever had! Don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I added a two cubes of melted unsweeted baker's chocolate to the batter because I wanted it to be more chocolaty. This cake tops all vegan and non-vegan cakes!
