BREAKSTONE'S Classic Cheesy Potatoes
This is easy and delicious. I usually don't substitute the first time I try the recipe, but I didn't have any Ritz crackers. I did, however, have a can of French's french fried onions left over from Thanksgiving.. Oh my heck! This was fantastic... I don't know how it would be with the Ritz but I imagine it would still be outstanding.

Mother's Pot Roast
This was very good. I didn't have any tomato sauce, so I used a can of italian diced tomatoes with basil and garlic. I put it on before I went to bed so I could have some to take to work the next day, but I forgot about it! I came home from work and (after cooking for over 18 hours on low) it was wonderful! The roast was falling apart and wasn't dry at all. I was worried about the long cooking time, but even cooking so long, this was wonderful. Next time I think I'll stick to the shorter cooking time though

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
I'm giving this recipe 5 stars for flavor. I must have done something wrong, but I could not form it into a ball. I double the recipe, so I ended up using 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I even stuck it in the freezer overnight but this did not help. I thought it would freeze, but it stayed really soft. I didn't have any nuts, so I mixed graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter and toasted them in a dry pan until lightly brown and crunchy. I tried rolling a ball but it ended up looking like a flat football. No matter what it looked like, it tasted amazing!
