I made this recipe last night and my husband and i both loved it. I used Real Bacon pieces instead of ham or hamburger. The reason i give this a four is because the directions are a little confusing. Once i added the milk and Flour, i wasnt sure if i should have left the heat on low or changed it higher. Also, there wasnt even an estimated amount of time for how long it would take for the soup to thicken so when my soup thickened a littlei wasnt sure if it was how it was supposed to be or if i should have left it longer. This turned out yummy anyway though, the only thing i would change next time would be to omit the celery and to add extra potatoes.

OMG this is the yummies thing every. I made this for a party on Saturday, however, i used about 7lbs of potatoes and changed everything accordingly. We ended up coming home with probably more than 2lbs of potatoes and it only took us 2 days to finsh the rest. Im making it again for a picnic in two weeks and cant wait for leftovers!!!

This was pretty good. The only change i made was that i used a can of diced tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes. We also used parmesan cheese on top. We will make this again, but it will be a once in a while meal.
