Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Unbelievable!!! Even my 4-year-old daughter who won't touch anything made with pumpkins loved this recipe and asked for seconds!!!

Cucumber-Mango Salsa
So good and fresh. Perfect for a hot summer day. Also added a pinneapple for added sweetness (as recommended in a review). This is now my go to recipe when I need a side dish.
