Cheesy Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
These were easy and fabulous tasting!! My daughter kept saying how they resembled the Red Lobster biscuits. My husband came back after dinner to snack on the few leftovers. We will definitely make again!! Used a small cookie scopp for perfectly shaped biscuits. Added 1.5 tsp of garlic powder and added parmesan cheese over the top with about 10 minutes remaining in the baking.

Powdered Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
Wow! This is a superbly light and delicious cookie! My daughter who doesn't like sugar cookies, loved the melt in your mouth texture of these little gems. They are great just plain. They would make a nice accompaniment to tea. This is my new favorite sugar cookie!!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2009
The just made this recipe for the first time. I made it almost exactly like the recipe, only using a few different herbs and spices that I had around the house and I doubled the recipe since it was for a potluck. It thickened up just like some other commenters had said and had a great flavor. I will make again, especially with the cold Wyoming winter approaching!

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
I reduced the amount of crust because of several comments. Even though the cobbler turned out terrific, I wish I had made more crust. I used 1/2 blueberries and 1/2 peaches, about 6 cups total. I also reduced the butter to one cup and melted it. What a terrific recipe! I will definitely make it again.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
I tried this recipe last week and made a double batch for an intern staying in town whose family was coming to visit. Both my family and the guests raved over the lasagna. I got multiple comments of, "this is the best lasagna I've ever had!" This is now the only lasagna I will make. I used oven ready noodles, department store ricotta and made three layers. Thanks for making me look good!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
I have been trying to make a great muffin for years and I finally found a recipe that's fool proof!! I followed the tips to have the ingredients at room temperature and to mix gently. WOW!!!! Those muffins are wonderful!! Even my daughter who doesn't like blueberries ate two! This recipe is definitely a keeper!
