The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
The first time i tried making these it was horrible the dough was sticky and the taste wasnt that great, i think it was sticky cus of the butter i used bcus thats the only different thing i did today. so this time around it was great the dough chilled nicely to work with and i did add about 1/2 a cup more of sugar plus powdwer sugar to roll them out and a lil more vanilla which made a huge differnce to the taste. great cookie i iced them with the sugar cookie icing in the site.

Mexican Tinga
i love this the thing a recommend is that when u put in the chipotle first put one or two peppers with a spoonfull of the adobo sauce then gradually add the peppers as u like bcus with one or two its enough. i also ue a can of diced tomates and some salt and garlic to taste when i dont have stewed tomatoes. really delish
