It's not a me, it's a we. :) We're a family of 4, soon to be 5. All boys and one Momma. We recently decided it was time for a severe change in our life style. Both my husband and I discussed the benefits of vegetarianism, and decided that it was time to make the change, and it was best for us all. It's hard to describe some of the things that we create. We're Kitchen explorers, and we're trying to open our door to new options and tastes. Sometimes the creations are a hit, and sometimes they're unfortunately a GIANT miss. Either way, it's interesting going through the process. No real traditions as of yet. Hopefully we'll figure that out. I seem to be able to conquer an "empty" kitchen pantry. Scenario: End of the month, low on food and cash... Ya scrape up what's left in the kitchen and make an outstanding dish that even the kids can't refuse. Too numerous to actually list. >.<
