Hi Gang I just saw a recipe for Key Lime pie that looks amazing with over 30,000 people saving it but it list Key Lime juice as an ingredient - i am guessing this is a premade item but i have never seen this in Canada before. Does anyone haveĀ a suggestion or place that i can purchase in… MORE

About this Cook
I am originally from the Niagara region and have lived in Whitby for over 10 years now. My better half and i enjoy fine dining and playing cards with our friends. My mother was a cook for over 35 years and I am lucky to inherit the trait of being a preey good cook :) I can take various ingredients on hand and whip up a dish to please all my friends. I don't bake much because if you bake you will eat it and thus create a large butt :) so for now i stick mainly with entrees. All recipes is a great site to view other like minded people and try new and creative recips.
My favorite things to cook
Usually i like trying different chicken recipes, but want to try and experiment more with fish and beef healthy main dishes.
My cooking triumphs
Osso Bucco - my hubby loves this dish and it is so incredibly easy to make. Greek/Italian marinated chicken, incredibly juicy chicken breast that take 10 minutes to prepare.
My cooking tragedies
I attempted to make perogies when i was 12 years old - have never made them after that - long process and very fattening. If I crave them I will purchase premade from a local Polish store.

Monkey Bread V
Even easier to make - buy the cinnamon buns from pillsbury - the cinnabon brand - still add the margarine - but a friend of mine - i cant take credit - she added chocolate chips in with the dough. OMG - my mouth was in heaven - but my hips paid for it :)
