Blueberry Zucchini Bread
FABULOUS!! A true favorite- I will be making many more times, I promise! Blueberries were a bit expensive so I only bought a little box which didn't seem like enough for me but I happened to have a pomegrante on hand so I broke it open and added the seeds to the batter. The seeds are still a little hard but softend significatly- similar to the texture of adding nuts. Simply delicious! The batter perfectly made 4 mini loafs- awesome for freezing and bringing out for the holidays and gift giving. I did do 1/2 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar and topped with a little large grain white sugar before baking. So with all the fruit and zucchini and 1/2 the oil- this is a pretty healthy snack that even the kids will like! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes
Yummy! I would have given it 5 stars but it was a little bit bland. Next time I'll try adding parsley, maybe some more salt, pepper, and maybe even kick it up with bell pepper, mushrooms and extra onions . Overall a very nice, creamy texture! This is a great start but I think everyone should add extra spices and/or ingredients to make it their own. Thank you, Christine!

Baked Lamb Chops
I had lamb when I visited London and hope this would bring me back to that rich, beautiful flavor but it didn't quite do it for me. I would be willing to try this again trying a few modifications from other members. My breadcrumbs didn't get very crispy but it could have been the baking dish I used. Maybe next time I would try a regular sheet pan. The lamb itself wasn't too bad, juicy and tender but the gooey crumbs kinda ruined it for me. Also seemed a bit bland and I even used flavored breadcrumbs. Thanks for the recipe, though! I'm sure it works better for others than it did for me.
