Super Moist Pumpkin Bread

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
I made one loaf and 12 muffins. The loaf took 55 minutes, the muffins took 25. I added a little extra zucchini (about 1/2 cup extra) since I had it and used 1/2 less sugar since I was running out. I didn't use the nuts because of my picky kids. They came out moist and tasty...perfect really! This is a really good recipe!

Chocolate Oil Cake
I followed the recipe, but used two 9 inch round silicon cake pans. It only took 22 minutes to bake. After resting for 10 minutes, the cakes came out of the pans just fine. I used cool whip/chocolate pudding/powdered sugar frosting and it was delicious!
