Lemon Posset
I love lemon and this was wonderful. It did not set up well for me, and I think it was that I used fairly large lemons. It didn't matter! Ate it anyway. Also cut the sugar to 1 cup. Spooned some over pound cake and ate way more than I should of. Even though it did not set up well, I still rated it 5 stars because it was very good. Will make it over and over again.

Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)
Just what I was looking for. My husband requested this and it had been years since I made it. Remembered it was easy, but not just how to put it together. Went looking, and tried this recipe. So glad I did. Used a little less sesame oil and added mushrooms and petite peas. Am adding this to my favorites.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Clouds
Excellent. I just made these. The first time always takes longer, next time...and there WILL be a next time, it will be much quicker. I used both the puff pastry shells, which I have used before and am fond of, and the graham shell. As with a previous review, I brushed them with egg white and baked them for about 5 min. I do think the graham adds a bit more flavor, but the pastry has great presentation. The filling is really good. We pick huckleberries in my part of the country, and am always looking for recipes to use them with. Going to try it with a huckleberry topping this summer. Give this recipe a try!
