This is my first attempt at a quiche and it turned out wonderful!..I included left over turkey breast which I chopped up, some frozen peas and carrots along with the spinach and I used the single pie crust from this site recommended by another reviewer....It was quick, easy and very delish!..give it a try!

I followed the receipe and I agree with alot of the other reviews, these are very dry muffins. As I love this kind of muffin I'm willing to try it again this time adding more oil to make them moist as suggested by others.
