Southern Fried Cabbage
I started out tasting it...now I am on my 6th helping. I have only two small bowls left...which I plan on finishing after I submit this review. I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed cabbage this much! I did make some modifications...I eliminated the sugar and added chopped scallions, garlic, and cajun seasoning.
