Breakfast Pies
I originally had the same problem as others with the overflowing cups. Also, I could never get the dough to "lay" quite right in the muffin cup - it kept shrinking up. After many variations on this recipe, now I just tear up the dough and place it in the cups - I can usually get 12 muffins or more out of this too. I use the refrigerated "wheat" dough and often sub ham and swiss. Overall, this recipe was a great start to a now weekly request in my house!
