Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
The macaroni had very good flavor but was quite dry and needs more cheese or liquid. Also, it had WAY too much bread crumbs on top. I will reduce by half next time. With these few tweaks I think this recipe has potential.

Grilled Salmon I
We loved this salty and sweet marinade! And the best part is the ingredients are items we always have on-hand. This was simple to prepare and delicious to eat. Thanks!

Four Cheese Macaroni
This recipe makes a very classic macaroni and cheese dish. We loved it! I'd like to try it again and substitute the half and half for milk for a lower fat recipe. I'll be adding this to my recipe book.
