Lamb Tagine
This recipe was delightful! I just moved from New England to Louisiana...Because of my BF job we are constantly on the move. We spend most of our time in a travel trailer with a stove & oven that are not ideal...but no matter how humble the appliances the meal still shined! We used chix because no lamb was available & we were none-the-less enthralled by the entoxicating aroma & flavor of the dish! Very Good!
