Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I've made these twice, following the recipe exactly. These taste their best the NEXT day. Actually the first time I made them, I had one while it was still warm from the oven and thought that while it was good, it was not as good as the boxed mixes...Then the next morning (house was cold overnight) they were fudgy and amazing. This will be my "go-to" brownie recipe from now on and will always plan to make them the night before serving.

'So This Is What Heaven Tastes Like!' Cream Cheese Bars
I used neufchatel cheese because that is what I had on hand. They came out like a cake-like cheesecake. They were very rich and moist with very nice flavor and mouth-feel. I cut them into bite-sized pieces for portion control!! Everyone at work loved them. I used a shiny 9x13 pan and 25 mins in the oven was perfect because these do continue to bake a little more than expected when removed from the oven. I think any more than that and they would have been overdone and dry. I will definitely make these again and again. I can't wait to try them as mini-muffins.

Cinnamon Coffee Bars
I loved the flavor combination! Cinnamon, coffee, and chocolate are perfect together in my opinion. I dissolved plenty of instant coffee in the water, but would love to try it with espresso. The amount of cinnamon was perfect. I substituted overripe mashed banana for the fat, used a bit less brown sugar, and used whole wheat flour. I definitely plan to make these again.
