Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

VERY GOOD!!!! I changed some things because of other reviewers comments and it came out perfect! (2 cans golden mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, garlic, 1/2 packet onion soup, beef bouillion cube, fresh mushrooms & everything else the same) Served it over egg noodles.
