Black Bean and Salsa Soup
Great soup, especially with a little bit extra salsa in it. Served it with a dollop of sour cream on top. Be careful though, even the slightest bit extra of the cumin will drown out all of the other delicate flavors of this soup!

Buffalo Chicken Chili
This soup was incredibly interesting and tasty. Firstly, I tripled the hot sauce and added approx. 1tsp. cayenne pepper (I'm a spicy person!) At first when I tasted it before it had simmered for few hours I was incredibly skeptical. It tasted ENTIRELY too salty. However, after those few hours that it simmered, I served it topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream and it was delectable! Great recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie VI
This recipe was AMAZING! I've never made chicken pot pie before, only eaten it. I was a bit skeptical about the cheese, but you honestly had no idea it was there once the whole thing was baked! Also, instead of using a homemade pie dough, I bought two rolls of Pillsbury flaky refrigerated biscuits and flattened them out, one can for the bottom and sides of the dish, and another for the top! It was fabulous!
