Baked Omelet
This is a good dish for an egg lover. However for the average bear not so much. You couldnt taste anything but egg. But all in all it was still okay. My suggestion would be to add a layer of hashbrown, and maybe even alittle sausage or bacon.

Baked Potato Skins
These are much better then any restaurant potatoe skins that we've ever tried. Extremely easy to make and would definitely be a hit of the party=]

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I've been using allrecipes for awhile now. This is the first recipe I've cooked that I couldnt even finish eating. I huge disappointment.
