These turned out pretty good, considering the circumstances. My mixer broke and I was forced to mix it all by hand which was pretty painful... I'm not all that fond of oatmeal cookies, but these were really yummy. Mine got big and puffy, though... for some weird reason. But that may just be my horrible cooking skills. Also they turned kind of a weird color... but hey they were yummy! :)

I used crisco instead of butter which, of course didn't spread AT ALL. Otherwise I think these would have been okay. They are lacking a bit in flavor.

I altered it a bit but I thought they turned out pretty good. I decided to use more cream cheese than sour cream because I absoluetly loathe sour cream...but I definately love the taste. I would reccomend doing this for anyone with a plain, boring cookie dough. Like maybe someone with sugar cookies who ran out of vanilla.
