I followed the recipe exactly. The Swiss cheese melted completely into the stuffing and boy, was it good! The chicken was quite bland though, it definitely needs something. Next time I may just omit the ham and cube or shred the chicken so you always get a bite with your stuffing :)

I enjoyed this soup. Like many other reviewers, I used chicken broth instead of boullion and water and added it directly to the roux. I used canned chicken because I was feeling lazy :). The soup reheated really well and I think it actually tasted better then. I think next time I might try Velveeta instead of shredded cheese just to make it taste even more cheesy. Overall very good!

I loved this chili! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of substituting diced tomatoes for the tomato juice because I like thick chili. I thought the flavor was excellent, especially with shredded cheese on top! Nice one, George!
