Italian Spinach Sausage Pie
YUMMY!! I made this tonight and we all LOVED it! My kids [2, 5, 8, & 11] ate it up and asked for more...glad I made two! I followed the recipe except I used fresh spinach (cooked w/ garlic & olive oil). It made enough to pour into 2 ready-made pillsbury pie crusts. With 4 kids...we needed 2 pies! Thanks for a great recipe.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
YUMMY! & Easy...two of my favorite words! I made these for my four kiddos [they helped] and we took some to our new neighbors. I added 1tsp. of cream of tarter (the baker suggested this in another review) to make them 'pretty' and they were very pretty & delicious! Oh, I was out of walnuts, so I used pecans...worked well. My new neighbor was very happy! EnJOY!

Sausage Spinach Manicotti
Yummy! This is a delicious recipe...thank you, Donna for sharing! I followed the directions exactly and only added fresh mushrooms to the mix. I put the mix in a gallon ziplock bag and cut a hole in the corner and squeezed the mix into the shells, but I still had to hand-stuff them to get the mix all the way in. It was not hard at all...just messy! I was able to stuff 12 shells. I used Italian sausage patties [all I had], cooked them, drained off the grease, and crumbled on top of the shells. Then I poured the spag. sauce on top and spread it out [after adding the water]. The shells cooked perfectly! My family [all 4 kiddos, under 10] LOVED it! My hubby was so impressed! :)
