Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
This was absolutely delicious! I cooked it as listed, except I did add some Rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder. I did put the foil on the bottom of the pan for easy cleanup. And I also rubbed some olive oil on the roast first before putting the bread mixture on it. It was so good, it didn't need any gravy! The only problem I had was that I had to cook it a little longer than the 35 min. required. My pork was just a little bit over 2 lbs. and I had to cook it about 50 min to an hour to get it done. Will definitely cook this one again!
