Parsleyed Rice Pilaf

This was really pretty good. I really enjoyed the buttery flavor. The only thing I changed up was the rice. I used long grain white rice. I didn't realize this recipe called for instant rice and was wondering why it turned out not done at the end of it. So, I cooked it for another 20 minutes. But, I really liked the results. I think this one will make it to my favorites list.

Delectable Marinated Chicken

This was okay. When I was marinating it in the fridge it smelled so good, like barbeque sauce. But, when I cooked it, the marinade came off and turned out sort of salty. I think that was because of the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. But, I think it might have been how I cooked it as well. We didn't have gas for our grill and it's in the middle of winter, so it's cold. So, we didn't grill it. We baked it instead. I might not make this one again.

Creamy Corn Casserole

This was really pretty good. It was actually really creamy. I used Velveeta cheese cubed anwheat saltines. I think the velveeta made it more creamy. This will be on my favorites list.
