Fabulous Pesto Pasta Salad

I used my own homemade pesto sauce instead of adding basil, pine nuts, etc. I brought it to a pot luck and every last bowtie vanished. Definitely a keeper!

Zucchini Patties

I substituted Jarlsberg cheese for the mozzarella and it was a big hit with my husband. I think Jarlsberg has more flavor anyway. I will definitely make this again!
