Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Very very good, it needed at least double the salt and I will double the ham next time(maybe that will help with the salt?). Also I would choose to cube rather than dice the potatoes. I will also leave out the celery and add 1 can of green beans instead. I also will try for a lighter version with 1/2 of the amount of butter based roux and 1/2 dry roux, non-fat milk, and turkey ham to see how that works out. That being said, even as it was every one at the table asked for seconds. The celery and the fact that it needed alot more salt were my only issues, and they were pretty minor.

Broccoli and Carrot Lasagna
My wife will not eat mushrooms so I used 1 can cream of broccoli and 1 can cream of asparagus. I added some peas and corn, and I used whole wheat noodles. Everyone loved it. I found the Rosemary to be too stong, but when I made it again and cut it in half I missed it. Go figure. Any way an awesome and simple recipe that will become one of my main stays. Thank you

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili
I was not fond of the flavor, and certainly not with the celery. I added it against my better judgement and was sorry.
