Sausage Stuffing
Yummy! I had to use regular ground sausage (The kind you use for lasagna) instead of breakfast sausage and it still came out great! I gave it 4 stars for lack of cooking instructions. But 30 min at 350F worked great! I also made my own bread cubes using whole wheat bread too and it still tasted great.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Spinach and Ricotta
Absolutely delicious!My husband and I are on the South Beach diet and this recipe was perfect for us. I did substitute the Bacon with prosciutto and it was divine.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary
Very easy to make! I did place butter under the skin of the chicken to make it extra juicier. The chicken came out beautifully!
