Easy Stovetop Peach Cobbler
OH MY GOSH! This was an AWESOME recipe!! Even my son who had no desire for peach cobbler thought it 'rocked'!!And I have a glass lid for my pan, so I could watch it cook. Will try it with different fruit some time!

Chicken Pot Pie I
Very good, very simple to make! However, please be sure to drain the can of vegetables. It took almost twice as long to bake, also.

Ground Beef Mexican Style
This was easy but almost too spicy, will have to try the mild next time. Quick and easy.
