Taco Pie
An easy weeknight dinner that doesn't skimp on taste! My hubby loved it! The only change I made was to add 2 cups of salsa -- just to get leftovers out of my fridge. Next time, I plan to layer the chips before the cheese to avoid crumbs when dipped.

Zucchini Bread IV
This is it!! My mom made zucchini bread long, long ago. I tried this recipe, and it tastes just like hers! My only change was to use pecans. Excellent!

Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti
Great recipe for an old favorite! I used cheddar cheese but will switch to Velveeta next time for a creamier taste.
