These are good. I thought they needed more sugar, but that's from a "sugar happy" person. My sister says its perfectly fine. And the rest of the family. The dough was a little too...un-thick. It wasn't a doughy dough. We made it though and it was fine. Don't leave them in the oven too long because it will get burned. And they do spread a lot. We made it the size of about a tabluespoon or so and it got as big as my palm (probably a little smaller than an adult palm)

I just made this frosting following the recipe but the shortening tasted bland, so I added some melted butter (once i used partially frozen butter, only, without the shortening - turned out clumpy, but I had to use regular suger so maybe that's why), about half a stick, and some sugar and it tasted awesome! It is so easy to spread and the shortening AND butter version has great taste AND the consistency is the best! We spread the frosting on a cake (there was about half the amount left over and I'm saving it for the nest cake). We also made designs on the cake out of frosting. This frosting is VERY good, tasty, and easy to make!

These are the best muffins ever! We just finished the first batch and they are AWESOME! We are making about 30 mini muffins out of the regular serving, 8, in a 24 mini muffin pan. We used the amout of topping as the best review said and the topping tasted awesome too. BUT, the the topping was too much, so we made "Topping Muffins" out of it, and it was a little too sweet...but the topping is good on the muffin. This is a very good recipe - I reccomend it.
