Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna
Wow, it is the easiest lasagna I have ever made, and possibly the best. I will definitely make this again. Took maybe 15 minutes of prep.

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins
These are really good. They are sweet but not too sweet and the consistency is nice. And they are very easy. I took this recipe to an elementary school in Sweden and made it with two 4th grade classes. They had no trouble :)
